Okay, finally on to Sunday. It was father's day, so we had a leisurely breakfast of french toast and omelets, prepared by our lovely hostess, Barbara. She had some champagne, which we were planning to use for making mimosas. This led to the now famous quote by Barbara, "Why ruin it with orange juice?"
The weather was still pretty bad, cold with on and off rain, so we just hung around the apartment a good bit of the day. We finally decided to go for a boat ride, but since everyone was hungry, Mark made a wonderful fondue beforehand for an early dinner.
